Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In cases of high demand, processing times may be extended.

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.
The available shipping options (Standard, Expedited, etc.) will be displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to select the most cost-effective shipping method when offering free shipping.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly indicated on the Site.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen:

We currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories unless specifically arranged.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
8. Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.
