At Goblin Loot Liquidators LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains your rights and obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds when purchasing from our store https://goblinlootliquidators.store (“Site”).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final (Liquidation Items)
Due to the nature of our business (liquidation and resale of discounted goods), all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. Most items are sold as-is, and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted, except in cases covered under Section 2 (Defective or Misrepresented Items).
2. Defective or Misrepresented Items
We strive to accurately describe and inspect every item. If you receive an item that is:
Defective (does not function as described), or
Materially misrepresented (significantly different from the listing description),
you may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify:
You must contact us at support@goblinlootliquidators.store with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos/videos.
The item must be in the same condition as received, with all original parts/accessories included.
Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance:
Clearance, liquidation, or “as-is” marked items;
Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages);
Health and personal care items;
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (wrong or defective item).
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or misrepresented. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the order is final.
7. Damaged Packages in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
Report it to the carrier immediately.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item.
Claims may be subject to carrier investigation before resolution.
